Mystery Box Challenge

August’s cookbook is Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals and I’m thinking we are going to have a bit of spare time on our hands..

Now I enjoy a game of scrabble as much as the next cookbookclubber, but this seems like time that could be put to a higher foodie purpose!!

The Challenge

A Mystery Box contains a box of ingredients that is only revealed to the cook when they are asked to cook from them. I thought this challenge would be a perfect opportunity for a producer to throw down the gauntlet to the cookbookclubbers and provide a box of ingredients from which they have to create a fabulous dish without a cookbook in sight! I know, we can be kind of crazy like that sometimes!!
